Services
JLM Complete Property Services provides commercial cleaning, residential complex cleaning, garden and grounds maintenance, landscaping, and related property services across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
All services are subject to a separate service agreement or quotation provided to the client prior to commencement. The terms of that agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions, govern the relationship between JLM Complete Property Services and the client.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Where a service agreement is already in place, any material changes will be communicated to the client directly.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by JLM Complete Property Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the client at the time of request and may be subject to revision following an onsite inspection.
Prices listed on this website, if any, are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.
JLM Complete Property Services reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Existing service agreements will not be affected unless a new agreement is entered into.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
JLM Complete Property Services reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate prescribed under the relevant Queensland legislation, and to suspend or terminate services where payment obligations are not met.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the relevant service agreement.
JLM Complete Property Services reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at the earliest available opportunity.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and service requirements at the time of enquiry and throughout the duration of the service agreement.
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for JLM staff at the agreed time of service. Where access is not provided and the service cannot be completed, JLM reserves the right to charge for the scheduled visit.
Clients must notify JLM Complete Property Services of any known hazards, restricted areas, or special requirements before work commences.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLM Complete Property Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the delivery of services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or damage to property not directly caused by negligence on our part.
JLM Complete Property Services carries current public liability insurance. In the event of damage to property directly caused by the negligence of JLM staff during the delivery of a service, liability will be limited to the value of the damage up to the limit of our insurance coverage.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Insurance and Compliance
JLM Complete Property Services maintains current public liability insurance and Work Cover coverage for all personnel. All relevant compliance certifications are held and maintained in accordance with Queensland legislative requirements.
Landscapers Plus holds a current Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licence, number 15308095, for the provision of licensed landscaping and construction services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials — is the property of JLM Complete Property Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of JLM Complete Property Services. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
