About JLM Complete Property Services

Built on service.
Backed by experience.

John and Linda McInerney started JLM Complete Property Services in 2011 after years of working in hospitality — an industry that teaches you quickly that people remember how a place made them feel, and they remember even faster when something was off.

That experience shaped everything about how JLM was built. Showing up reliably, communicating honestly, and making sure every property is genuinely looked after — not just ticked off a list.

What began as a small local team in Brisbane has grown steadily, expanding across Brisbane and South East Queensland through word of mouth, repeat clients, and a reputation built on consistent, dependable service.

Along the way, landscaping capability expanded through JDM Queensland Pty Ltd trading as Landscapers Plus, which holds structural landscaping licence 15308095. Licensed work is subject to the licence scope, site assessment, and required approvals.

Today JLM looks after a much wider range of properties and clients, but John and Linda still lead the business hands-on, with regular site attendance and the same commitment to quality they promised on day one.

The quality that built the business in 2011 is the same quality that runs it today, and that continuity is something John and Linda are genuinely proud of.
